We were in Safety Harbor a couple of days ago and the water was very polluted. As you know, Red Tide has been a big problem recently. However, it has mainly been south of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. As of this week, the Red Tide Status report indicates that Pinellas still has very low concentrations and background levels of Red Tide. However this can change.It certainly looked like it was having an effect in Safety Harbor.
