Hurricane Irma ripped through Clearwater last Sunday and left quite a bit of damage to boat along the coast. When it hit us it was still a Category 1 Hurricane. Fortunately, we did not get the worst of the storm, but it was bad enough to sink a few boats and damage many others.
Right now we are helping customers look for dock boxes the fell into the water and other valuable items. We are also helping assess potential damage to running gear. You never know if it is damaged during a severe storm. There is a tremendous amount or debris, some of it large, being pushed around by the wind and waves. The pictures you see are at the Island Yacht Club in Clearwater.
